Pontypridd and Rhondda hospital have signed a deal with Bluewire to do a project around production of electronic discharge summaries in general medicine. They are particularly keen to assess the capabilities of tablet PCs for bedside data collection and have purchased Motion Computing tablets for the trial.

We are currently integrating with their Myrddin PAS system via HL7 messaging and are scheduled to go live in November 2007.
